What We Do

Our training is FREE OF CHARGE to any group of 5 to 35 people. After the one and a half hour training, participants will be able to:
-Recognize the warning signs of suicide
-Know how to offer hope
-Know how to get help and save a life

We love to set up our resource tables at schools (especially during lunches), mental health fairs and community events, athletic events, and organization meetings! We never charge for our resources. 

Open conversations about mental health and suicide prevention can save lives. The I’m Glad You Stayed Project is dedicated to starting these conversations tailored to fit the needs of your audience, covering essential topics with compassion and energy.

Our resources are always a hit! From our “Just Keep Swimming/988” wristbands to our keychains, stickers, buttons, and more, there are many ways to support our mission, promote mental health awareness, and help end the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide. We provide our resources at no cost and only ask for a $5.50 shipping donation per order ($19.00 for international orders). Additional donations are always appreciated and help us continue reaching individuals and communities around the world!

We are proud to have sent more than 600 graduation honor cords to high school and college seniors in 2026. These cords recognize graduates who have supported our mission, overcome challenges that may or may not have been visible to others, and stood alongside loved ones and peers affected by mental illness. Orders for the Class of 2027 will open in 2027.
