Hello! My name is Lauren and I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I joined IGYSP because of my passion for helping others, especially with mental health. I know how hard it is to battle it alone, but it gets better with the right people! I have struggled with this, but surrounding myself with loving and understanding people made me realize that life is worth living, even if it doesn't seem that way. It always gets better. :)
