EDDIE

My name is Eddie  and I am a sixth grader in California. I first heard about the IGYSP when my school distributed bracelets to raise awareness. I decided to join the organization after reading about its mission to promote suicide awareness. I believe discussing mental health is crucial, and I want to help support my community. By participating in the IGYSP, I hope to make a difference in my community and show others that they are not alone. I wanted to help spread hope and confidence to those in need. I have had a couple of experiences with people that were suicidal, and I didn't know what to do. Until I learned from teachers and Q.P.R. training. I still wear my bracelets from the time I got them, and that's why I decided to be an IGYSP ambassador.
