My name is Ali Cook and I have been dealing with mental health all of my life, not only with my own personal mental illnesses but with my friends and family’s as well. As I got older I realized how much it truly affects everyone. My closest friends have dealt with hurtful thoughts and actions and I have always tried to be the one person they need to keep them going. I hope I can not only be that person for my friends and family but for strangers and anyone that might be in need. This is a battle I know we all can fight through and win.
