ALYSSA

My name is Alyssa (she/her) and I currently live in Oklahoma City. Seeing the direct and indirect effects of mental health struggles on the people I love made me constantly wish there was something more I could do. That’s why I became an IGYSP Ambassador, because no one should have to battle alone. Regardless of what your brain, or anyone else in your life, tells you, the world is so much better with you in it. I know everyone says it, but it really does get better, and you will find people who love you unconditionally and make life worth living.
