My name is Kathryn, I found igysp bracelet at my work in our lavender room while I was having a rough day at work. I saw the bracelet. I looked up the igysp on Google, and it made me realize that it was about suicide. I feel like if I had these type of bracelets while I was in high-school or my school had them we could have prevent suicides. I have lost a few friends to suicide because they didn't know where to turn, so this is why I became an ambassador for this organization. To help reach as many people as I can whether it's in my state or across the country. I want to help end the stigma against asking for help whether it's for mental health or anything long those lines.
